 Sugar Coated Lingerie is dedicated to giving good customer service & quick delivery times where possible.

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery of goods. Goods usually leave  within 48 hrs, should this be longer you will receive an email letting you know.

In accordance with the distance selling regulations you are entitled to cancel the order wihin 7 days of placing the order. If you wish to canel your purchase please let us know by email quoting name, order number and  date of purchase. A full refund will be given 

Payments accepted : Google checkout, Paypal, Cheques / Poatal Orders.

Payments can be made through paypal / Google without the need to have a  Google / Paypal account, all major credit cards are accepted through these payment gateways.

Cheques should be made out to Mrs S Moazzeni and sent to, 11 Elms Close, Duxford, Cambridgeshire, CB22 4RD

Once you have made a purchase & paid you will automatically receive a confirmation email & will receive another once the goods are on their way.

Should you receive your order and not be happy with it in the first instance please email  Sugar Coated Lingerie to see if we can rectify the problem.

 In the event  of you not being happy with your purchase please contact  Sugar Coated within 14 days. Returns are accepted  for exchange or credit with the exception of stockings and  briefs if the hygeine tab has been removed.

All returns should be sent back (afer notifying  Sugar Coated Lingerie) in their original packaging (where possible) with all tags in place. 

Proof of postage is reccommended when returning items as  Sugar Coated  cannot be responsible for loss of items being returned & no refund / credit will be issued until the items have been received. The cost of items being returned are the responsibility of the customer.

Any refunds  given will be returned to the payment method that you originally paid by.

Privacy:  Sugar Coated Lingerie airms to protect the privacy of its customers at all times. At no time will the customer's name, address, email accounts be given or sold to any third party. At no  time will  Sugar Coated be able to see your bank / payment details as once payment  gateway has been selected you will be directed to their secure site.
